Do you sponsor visas or relocation?
Yes — for the right person we support relocation to San Diego or Seoul and will work through visa options where applicable.
Are roles on-site, hybrid, or remote?
Most engineering roles are on-site or hybrid because the work is physical — lab, test floor, and fab. Business roles have more flexibility.
I don't match every qualification. Should I apply?
Yes. Qualifications are a guide, not a checklist. If you're certain of the physics and eager to build, we want to hear from you.
What does the timeline look like?
Typically two to three weeks from first call to offer, depending on scheduling. We move quickly when there's a fit.
